Purchases execute through Lemon Squeezy, the official Merchant of Record. Buyers enter legal agreement with Lemon Squeezy for financial transactions, tax compliance, and billing administration. MireonSpero™ governs use, ownership, and policy application of the resources themselves.

Transactional law follows Lemon Squeezy's governing framework within the State of Utah, United States.

Upon establishment of MireonSpero™ LLC in Wyoming, United States, governance continues under MireonSpero™ LLC without altering buyer rights or obligations.

MireonSpero™ is committed to ethical, transparent, and globally responsible management of data. This Data Practices Note outlines how data is collected, processed, retained, and safeguarded across all MireonSpero™ platforms and learning systems.

Currently, MireonSpero™ does not collect any personal or usage data. All learning interactions remain private, and no information is stored, tracked, or shared.

In the future, when subscription features are activated, MireonSpero™ will collect personally identifiable information, including names and email addresses, exclusively for account creation, subscription management, and service communication.

Transactional data for purchases is handled by Lemon Squeezy, the official Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy processes payment information in compliance with applicable financial and privacy regulations. MireonSpero™ retains no direct access to credit card or banking details. No other third-party services have access to user data without explicit disclosure.

MireonSpero™ retains operational data for up to two years to support service quality, system performance, and analytics. Transactional data processed via Lemon Squeezy is retained according to international accounting and legal standards, typically seven years. Personally identifiable data collected through subscription features is retained only as long as necessary for service purposes, unless legal obligations require longer storage.

MireonSpero™ recognizes the following rights for all users, in alignment with global privacy frameworks including GDPR and COPPA:

• Access. Users may request a copy of their personal data collected by MireonSpero™.
• Correction. Users may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion / Erasure. Users may request removal of personal data that is no longer required for operational, legal, or transactional purposes.
